Services are quoted individually. Your written proposal or service agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and any ongoing support.

Delivery and changes

Timing and the method of delivering services are agreed for each engagement. Changes to scope, cancellations, and any applicable refund terms should be addressed in your written agreement before work begins.
